Transport & Logistics Manager, EPC Energy Projects

The role

Within a major engineering group active in energy and the energy transition, you lead transport and logistics for international EPC projects. You ensure that equipment and materials move from supplier workshops to site on time, on budget and in line with HSE requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the project transport and logistics strategy, aligned with the execution schedule.
• Develop transport execution procedures and methodologies: heavy lift and out of gauge cargo, ocean freight, customs clearance.
• Coordinate shipment planning and execution with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport service providers.
• Support ITB activities and prepare Technical Bid Tabulations.
• Monitor operations and KPIs, and report to project management.
• Identify logistics risks and implement mitigation plans.

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in transport and logistics management on EPC projects (Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemicals, power).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation regulations.
• Proven experience coordinating freight forwarders and following heavy cargo shipments.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Rigour, anticipation and ease in an international environment.
