Senior BIM Manager, Rail Infrastructure

The role

Within a major transport group, you lead the BIM approach of a turnkey rail infrastructure and signalling project in Bangkok. You own the BIM delivery framework, from mobilisation through to asset information handover.

Your responsibilities

• Define and lead the BIM delivery framework: BIM Execution Plan, MIDP, CDE workflows and model quality control.
• Manage the BIM work package: scope, resources, schedule and risks.
• Lead BIM coordinators, modellers and suppliers.
• Supervise model federation and run coordination and clash detection reviews.
• Oversee drawing production, 4D planning and quantity take off.
• Prepare and check asset information for final handover to the operator.

Your profile

• At least 7 years of experience in engineering or infrastructure delivery, including a minimum of 3 years managing BIM on complex projects.
• Command of ISO 19650 and of Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D and ProjectWise or an equivalent CDE.
• Railway or transport infrastructure experience is strongly preferred.
• Native Thai and very good English are essential.
• Local position based in Bangkok.
