Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision

The role

You join a product team in Bangkok building an image based product classification and authentication solution. You take significant ownership of the AI core of the solution, from architecture design through to production.

Your responsibilities

• Design Computer Vision architectures and compare CNNs and Vision Transformers for each use case.
• Train and adapt foundation models and backbones (transfer learning, fine-tuning).
• Address limited data and class imbalance: augmentation, resampling, adapted loss functions.
• Develop robust multi-class classification and anomaly detection approaches.
• Optimise models for accuracy and inference time (quantization, ONNX, TensorRT).
• Industrialise training and evaluation pipelines with the product team.

Your profile

• At least 4 years of experience in applied Machine Learning, with strong hands on practice of Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• Command of Python, PyTorch, CNN and Vision Transformer architectures.
• Experience deploying models to production (MLOps, Docker, GPU training).
• Experience in anomaly detection or authentication is a strong plus.
• Thai language skills are essential, along with professional English.
