Calypso Business Analyst (Front, Middle and Back Office)
The role
Within the IT departments of leading corporate and investment banks, you work on Calypso platforms covering the Front to Back chain for treasury, foreign exchange and securities activities. Depending on your experience, you take on L2 and L3 functional support or a senior Business Analyst role on enhancement and upgrade projects.
Your responsibilities
- Gather and formalise requirements from Front, Middle and Back Office teams, then write functional specifications
- Provide L2 and L3 application support on Calypso: incident analysis, ticket follow up and resolution with development teams
- Design functional test plans and support SIT and UAT phases
- Contribute to version upgrades (V16 to V18) and migration projects
- Document the solution, track deliveries and support production releases
- Take part in project committees and liaise with business users and the software vendor
Your profile
- 3 to 10+ years of experience on Calypso in a functional role (BA, business analysis, application support, trade support)
- Solid knowledge of Middle and Back Office processes and of FX, Money Market, securities or collateral products
- Hands on experience with ticketing tools and testing practices (SIT, UAT, regression)
- Calypso certification and experience on large scale programmes are a plus
- Professional French and English
